STATUS: Part-Time

SUMMARY: The Customer Service Center Representative position is a service position responsible for maintaining Customer Service Center operations while providing general information to customers regarding store locations, special events, new stores, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
One year of customer service or retail experience preferred; ability to work days, nights, and weekends required. 

SKILLS: 
Successful applicants must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, enthusiasm, high energy, and attention to detail. Other preferred skills include: professionalism, quality, quantity, safety and security awareness and track record of attendance/punctuality.
