Our Sales Lead is a management support position, and 2+ years of Women’s Specialty retail experience is required. The candidate should be comfortable in a leadership/coaching role, have a proven history of driving positive sales results, be familiar with point-of-sale and Microsoft Office software, and dedicated to providing an amazing customer experience.
